Chocolate Peanut Butter Popcorn
Ingredients:
1 cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Milk
1 cup Frozen Strawberries
3 cups Popcorn
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Coffee
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 Egg
2 slices Bread
1 Strawberry
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Icing Sugar
2 tbsp Honey
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Microwave Oven
Blender

Instructions:
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring until smooth.
In a bowl, mix the melted chocolate with peanut butter, milk, and vanilla essence until well combined.
Pop the popcorn using the stove top and place it in a large mixing bowl.
Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the popcorn and mix well to coat evenly.
Blend the frozen strawberries, honey, lemon juice, and chia seeds in a blender until smooth to create a strawberry sauce.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with vegetable oil and vinegar, then dip the bread slices into the mixture and fry them on the stove until golden brown.
Cut the fried bread into small pieces and mix them into the popcorn.
Drizzle the strawberry sauce over the popcorn mixture and garnish with fresh strawberry slices and icing sugar.
