 Chocolate Peanut Butter Popcorn



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter

  • 1/2 cup Milk

  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries

  • 3 cups Popcorn

  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil

  • 1 tbsp Coffee

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

  • 1 tbsp Vinegar

  • 1 Egg

  • 2 slices Bread

  • 1 Strawberry

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1/4 cup Icing Sugar

  • 2 tbsp Honey

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven

  • Blender

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring until smooth.

  • In a bowl, mix the melted chocolate with peanut butter, milk, and vanilla essence until well combined.

  • Pop the popcorn using the stove top and place it in a large mixing bowl.

  • Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the popcorn and mix well to coat evenly.

  • Blend the frozen strawberries, honey, lemon juice, and chia seeds in a blender until smooth to create a strawberry sauce.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with vegetable oil and vinegar, then dip the bread slices into the mixture and fry them on the stove until golden brown.

  • Cut the fried bread into small pieces and mix them into the popcorn.

  • Drizzle the strawberry sauce over the popcorn mixture and garnish with fresh strawberry slices and icing sugar.
