Here’s a recipe to create a Tangy Tropic Cooler:

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup passion fruit juice

  • ¼ cup mango purée (or fresh mango, blended)

  • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (optional).

  • Sparkling water (optional for fizz)

  • Ice cubes

  • Lemon or orange slices (for garnish).

  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the juices: Squeeze the oranges and lemons to get fresh juice. You can also use store-bought juice if necessary.

  2. Blend the mango: If using fresh mango, blend it to make a smooth purée. You can also use store-bought mango purée.

  3. Mix the ingredients. In a blender or shaker, combine the orange juice, passion fruit juice, lemon juice, and mango puree. Add honey or agave syrup if you like a touch of sweetness.

  4. Blend or shake: Blend the mixture for a few seconds until everything is combined and smooth. Or, shake for 10 to 15 seconds if using a shaker.

  5. Add sparkle (optional): For a fizzy version, pour in some sparkling water after mixing.

  6. Serve over ice: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the Tangy Tropic Cooler over the ice.

  7. Garnish and enjoy: Add a slice of lemon or orange and a sprig of fresh mint leaves for garnish. Serve chilled and enjoy!
