Ingredients:
100g of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 egg
150ml of milk
1 tablespoon of melted butter
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well blended.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it if necessary.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the frying pan for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings, such as syrup, fruit, or whipped cream.
