Ingredients:

  • 100g of all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 egg

  • 150ml of milk

  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  • In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well blended.

  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it if necessary.

  • Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the frying pan for each pancake.

  • Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
