Banana Flour Pancakes
Ingredients:
100g of wheat flour
50g of sugar
2 ripe bananas
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Stove Top
Pressure Cooker
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
Add the wheat flour and sugar to the mashed bananas and mix until a thick batter forms.
Heat a non-stick pan on the stove top over medium heat.
Pour a small amount of batter onto the bread and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve warm, optionally with honey or maple syrup.
