 Banana Flour Pancakes



Ingredients:

  • 100g of wheat flour

  • 50g of sugar

  • 2 ripe bananas

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

  • Pressure Cooker

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

  • Add the wheat flour and sugar to the mashed bananas and mix until a thick batter forms.

  • Heat a non-stick pan on the stove top over medium heat.

  • Pour a small amount of batter onto the bread and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  • Serve warm, optionally with honey or maple syrup.
