Garlic Sausage Scramble Sandwich

100g of garlic sausage
2 scrambled eggs

Instructions:
Heat the stove top over medium heat.
Place the garlic sausage on the stove and cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned, turning occasionally.
Meanwhile, prepare the scrambled eggs in a bowl and whisk until combined.
Once the sausage is cooked, remove it from the stove and slice it into bite-sized pieces.
In the same pan, add the scrambled eggs and stir gently until just set, about 1-2 minutes.
Toast the bread slices on the stove until golden and crisp, flipping once to ensure even toasting.
Assemble the sandwich by placing the scrambled eggs on one slice of toasted bread, followed by the garlic sausage pieces, and top with the second slice of bread. Cut in half if desired.
