Mediterranean Turkey Spaghetti Bake
Ingredients:
200g of spaghetti
100g of spinach
150g of cherry tomatoes
200g of potatoes
100g of tortilla
150g of tomato
100g of onion
150g of rice
100g of basmati rice
50g of lettuce
50g of garlic
100g of corn
100g of carrot
20g of ginger
250g of turkey
30ml of vinegar
50g of mayonnaise
10g of baking soda
10g of baking powder
1 egg
200g of flour
100g of all purpose flour
200ml of milk
1 orange
30ml of lemon juice
1 lemon
1 banana
2 apples
30ml of canola oil
30ml of olive oil
50g of feta cheese

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Boil a pot of water on the stove and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In the same pot, cook the basmati rice until fluffy. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
Add diced turkey and cook until browned, then incorporate diced potatoes and cook until they are tender.
Add chopped carrots, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and corn to the turkey mixture, cooking until the spinach has been wilted.
Mix the spaghetti and rice into the turkey and vegetable mixture, seasoning it with vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, crumble tortilla on top, and sprinkle with feta cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
While it's baking, prepare a fresh salad with lettuce, cucumber, and a dressing made from lemon juice and olive oil.
Serve the Mediterranean turkey spaghetti bake with the fresh salad on the side and garnish with lemon slices and orange wedges.
