Keto-Friendly Paneer Panipuri
Ingredients:
100g of paneer (cottage cheese)
50g of almond flour
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
100ml of water (as needed)
50g of spicy green chutney
50g of tamarind chutney
100g of cucumber (diced)
50g of boiled and diced potatoes (optional for those not on strict keto)
1 tsp of chaat masala (for seasoning)
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Mixing bowl
Rolling pin
Frying pan
Spatula
Serving plates
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add enough water to the mixture to form a smooth dough. Divide the dough into small balls.
Roll each ball out into thin circles using a rolling pin.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly fry each circle until they puff up and turn golden brown. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix diced cucumber, boiled potatoes, and sprinkle chaat masala for flavor.
Take each puri and fill it with the cucumber-potato mix, spicy green chutney, and tamarind chutney.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately.
