 Keto-Friendly Paneer Panipuri




Ingredients:

  • 100g of paneer (cottage cheese)

  • 50g of almond flour

  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp of salt

  • 100ml of water (as needed)

  • 50g of spicy green chutney

  • 50g of tamarind chutney

  • 100g of cucumber (diced)

  • 50g of boiled and diced potatoes (optional for those not on strict keto)

  • 1 tsp of chaat masala (for seasoning)

  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl

  • Rolling pin

  • Frying pan

  • Spatula

  • Serving plates

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

  • Add enough water to the mixture to form a smooth dough. Divide the dough into small balls.

  • Roll each ball out into thin circles using a rolling pin.

  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly fry each circle until they puff up and turn golden brown. Set aside.

  • In another bowl, mix diced cucumber, boiled potatoes, and sprinkle chaat masala for flavor.

  • Take each puri and fill it with the cucumber-potato mix, spicy green chutney, and tamarind chutney.

  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately.
