Almond Dark Chocolate Bark
Ingredients:
100g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
20g of almonds, chopped
5g of sea salt, sprinkled (optional)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Baking sheet
Parchment paper
Double boiler or microwave-safe bowl
Spatula
Instructions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and add chopped almonds, mixing until evenly coated.
Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
Refrigerate for about 15 minutes until hardened, then break into pieces.
