Ingredients:

  • 100g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

  • 20g of almonds, chopped

  • 5g of sea salt, sprinkled (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Baking sheet

  • Parchment paper

  • Double boiler or microwave-safe bowl

  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.

  • Remove from heat and add chopped almonds, mixing until evenly coated.

  • Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.

  • Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.

  • Refrigerate for about 15 minutes until hardened, then break into pieces.
