Ingredients:

  • 150g of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 200ml of unsweetened almond milk

  • 30g of protein powder (whey or plant-based)

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

  • Ice cubes (as desired)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Measuring Cup

  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • Add the mixed berries, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, and honey into the blender.

  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding ice cubes for a thicker texture if desired.

  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.

  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
