Ingredients:
150g of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
200ml of unsweetened almond milk
30g of protein powder (whey or plant-based)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
Ice cubes (as desired)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Blender
Measuring Cup
Spoon
Instructions:
Add the mixed berries, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, and honey into the blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding ice cubes for a thicker texture if desired.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
