 Veg Fried Rice



Ingredients:

  • 200g of cauliflower (riced)

  • 50g of bell peppers (diced)

  • 50g of carrots (diced)

  • 30g of green peas

  • 1 clove of garlic (minced)

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (gluten-free)

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok

  • Spatula

  • Measuring Cups

  • Knife

  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium heat.

  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Add the diced bell peppers, carrots, and green peas to the wok and cook for about 3-4 minutes.

  • Stir in the riced cauliflower and mix well with the vegetables.

  • Pour in the soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until everything is cooked through and well combined.

  • Remove from heat and serve hot.
