Veg Fried Rice
Ingredients:
200g of cauliflower (riced)
50g of bell peppers (diced)
50g of carrots (diced)
30g of green peas
1 clove of garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of soy sauce (gluten-free)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Wok
Spatula
Measuring Cups
Knife
Cutting Board
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the diced bell peppers, carrots, and green peas to the wok and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the riced cauliflower and mix well with the vegetables.
Pour in the soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until everything is cooked through and well combined.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
