 Nutty Chocolate



Ingredients:

  • 200g of Cashew Nuts

  • 150g of Almonds

  • 100g of Nutella

  • 50g of Sugar

  • 100g of Condensed Milk

  • 150ml of Milk

  • 1g of Sea Salt

  • 1 tsp of Baking Powder

  • 50g of Cocoa Powder

  • 200g of Flour

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • In a pan over medium heat, toast the cashew nuts and almonds until golden brown, then chop them roughly.

  • In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sea salt together until combined.

  • In another large bowl, combine the condensed milk, Nutella, sugar, and milk, stirring until smooth.

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully combined.

  • Fold in the chopped cashew nuts and almonds into the mixture.

  • Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  • Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into bars and serving.
