Chocolate and Peanut Cookies
Ingredients:
100g of Sugar
50g of honey
50g of Brown Sugar
100g of peanuts
50g of Sesame Seeds
50ml of Olive Oil
100g of Condensed Milk
100ml of milk
150g of Corn Flour
100g of Wheat Flour
100g of oats
1 Egg
50g of cocoa
50ml Coffee
100g of Chocolate Chips
A pinch of sea salt

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl, mix 100g of sugar, 50g of honey and 50g of brown sugar until well combined.
Add 100g of peanuts and 50g of sesame seeds to the mixture and mix well.
Add 50ml of olive oil and 100g of condensed milk, mixing until smooth.
Add 100ml of milk, 150g of corn flour, 100g of wheat flour, and 100g of oatmeal. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Add 1 egg, 50g of cocoa, 50ml of coffee, 100g of chocolate chips, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix again until well combined.
Form small balls with the dough and place them on a baking tray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
