Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Flour

  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

  • 1 cup Strawberries (sliced)

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 1/2 cup Milk

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour and 1/2 cup of brown sugar.

  • In another bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of milk, and 1 tsp of vanilla essence.

  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.

  • Fold in the sliced strawberries gently into the batter.

  • Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
