Strawberry Vanilla Cake
Ingredients:
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Strawberries (sliced)
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour and 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
In another bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of milk, and 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Fold in the sliced strawberries gently into the batter.
Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
