 Chicken Sandwich



Ingredients:

  • 1 medium Onion, sliced

  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded

  • 4 slices Sandwich-bread

  • 2 pieces Fried-chicken, shredded

  • 2 Mini-Milk bread, cut into small cubes

  • 1 Burger-bun, halved

  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise

  • 50g White-dressing cheese, crumbled

  • 2 slices Cheese-slice

  • 50g Cheese-cubes, diced

  • 1 tablespoon Soya Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup

  • 1/2 cup Sweet-corn, drained

  • 1 cup French-fries, cooked

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • In a blender, combine the shredded lettuce, sliced onion, mayonnaise, and white-dressing cheese to create a creamy dressing.

  • In a bowl, mix the shredded fried chicken with the soya sauce, ketchup, and sweet corn.

  • Toast the sandwich bread slices on the stove top until golden brown.

  • Spread the creamy dressing on one side of each sandwich bread slice.

  • Layer the fried chicken mixture on top of the dressing, followed by cheese slices and cheese cubes.

  • Top with the remaining sandwich bread slices to form sandwiches.

  • Serve the sandwiches with mini milk bread cubes and cooked French fries on the side.
