Chicken Sandwich
Ingredients:
1 medium Onion, sliced
1 cup Lettuce, shredded
4 slices Sandwich-bread
2 pieces Fried-chicken, shredded
2 Mini-Milk bread, cut into small cubes
1 Burger-bun, halved
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
50g White-dressing cheese, crumbled
2 slices Cheese-slice
50g Cheese-cubes, diced
1 tablespoon Soya Sauce
2 tablespoons Ketchup
1/2 cup Sweet-corn, drained
1 cup French-fries, cooked

Instructions:
In a blender, combine the shredded lettuce, sliced onion, mayonnaise, and white-dressing cheese to create a creamy dressing.
In a bowl, mix the shredded fried chicken with the soya sauce, ketchup, and sweet corn.
Toast the sandwich bread slices on the stove top until golden brown.
Spread the creamy dressing on one side of each sandwich bread slice.
Layer the fried chicken mixture on top of the dressing, followed by cheese slices and cheese cubes.
Top with the remaining sandwich bread slices to form sandwiches.
Serve the sandwiches with mini milk bread cubes and cooked French fries on the side.
