Keto Vegan Gluten-Free Donuts
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup erythritol
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix almond milk, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the donuts cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
