Keto Vegan Gluten-Free Donuts






Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup erythritol

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowls

  • Whisk

  • Donut pan

  • Oven

  • Wire rack

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.

  • In another bowl, mix almond milk, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar.

  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  • Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  • Let the donuts cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
