Healthy Morning Diet Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup spinach
1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Blender
Measuring cups
Spoon
Glass
Instructions:
Add spinach, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, rolled oats, and chia seeds to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
