Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Measuring cups

  • Spoon

  • Glass

Instructions:

  • Add spinach, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, rolled oats, and chia seeds to a blender.

  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.

  • Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
