Cookie and Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
200g of crushed biscuits
100ml of orange juice
150g of strawberry jam
250g of Santilli chocolate cream
50g of melted butter

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter and orange juice until you get a smooth dough.
Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a pan to form the base of the cake.
In another bowl, beat the chocolate Santilli cream until smooth and creamy.
Spread the cream over the biscuit base in the mould.
Add the strawberry jam on top of the cream, spreading it evenly.
Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours to firm up.
Cut into portions and serve cold.
