 Cookie and Chocolate Cake



Ingredients:

  • 200g of crushed biscuits

  • 100ml of orange juice

  • 150g of strawberry jam

  • 250g of Santilli chocolate cream

  • 50g of melted butter

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Was

  • Blender

  • Molde

  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter and orange juice until you get a smooth dough.

  • Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a pan to form the base of the cake.

  • In another bowl, beat the chocolate Santilli cream until smooth and creamy.

  • Spread the cream over the biscuit base in the mould.

  • Add the strawberry jam on top of the cream, spreading it evenly.

  • Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours to firm up.

  • Cut into portions and serve cold.
