 Scrambled Eggs on Toast



Ingredients:

  • 2 large Eggs

  • 50ml Milk

  • 2 slices of Bread

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs and 50ml of milk until well combined.

  • Heat a non-stick pan on the stove top over medium heat.

  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir gently with a spatula, cooking until the eggs are softly scrambled, about 2-3 minutes.

  • While the eggs are cooking, toast the 2 slices of bread until golden brown.

  • Once the eggs are cooked to your liking, remove them from the heat.

  • Serve the scrambled eggs on top of the toasted bread.
