Scrambled Eggs on Toast
Ingredients:
2 large Eggs
50ml Milk
2 slices of Bread
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Stove Top
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs and 50ml of milk until well combined.
Heat a non-stick pan on the stove top over medium heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir gently with a spatula, cooking until the eggs are softly scrambled, about 2-3 minutes.
While the eggs are cooking, toast the 2 slices of bread until golden brown.
Once the eggs are cooked to your liking, remove them from the heat.
Serve the scrambled eggs on top of the toasted bread.
