Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:
2 ripe Bananas
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 cup Oats
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Milk
2 tbsp Coconut Oil

Instructions:
Preheat the stove top on low heat.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
Add the sugar, sea salt, peanut butter, and coconut oil to the mashed bananas and mix well.
Gradually add the oats and milk to the mixture, stirring until combined.
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a non-stick pan on the stove top, flattening them slightly.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove from the pan and let cool before serving.
