Sweet Milk Pancakes
Ingredients:
200g de All Purpose Flour
300ml of Milk
50g de Sugar Candy
1g of Sea Salt
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Oven
Blender
Stove Top
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix 200g of All Purpose Flour, 50g of Sugar Candy and 1g of Sea Salt.
Add 300ml of Milk to the dry mixture and beat with a whisk or in a Blender until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a frying pan on the Stove Top, add a little oil and heat over medium heat.
Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
Flip the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
Repeat the process until all the dough is used.
