 Sweet Milk Pancakes



Ingredients:

  • 200g de All Purpose Flour

  • 300ml of Milk

  • 50g de Sugar Candy

  • 1g of Sea Salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Blender

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix 200g of All Purpose Flour, 50g of Sugar Candy and 1g of Sea Salt.

  • Add 300ml of Milk to the dry mixture and beat with a whisk or in a Blender until you obtain a homogeneous dough.

  • Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • In a frying pan on the Stove Top, add a little oil and heat over medium heat.

  • Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.

  • Flip the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.

  • Repeat the process until all the dough is used.
