Ingredients:
2 medium apples, cored and chopped
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Blender
Instructions:
Place the chopped apples in the blender.
Add 1 cup of water to the blender.
If desired, add honey and cinnamon for extra flavor.
Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing apple smoothie.
