Cheesy Egg Bun

Ingredients:
2 Buns
2 Eggs
50g Cheese
1g Salt
1g Pepper
10g Butter
20g Sauce
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Stove Top
Instructions:
Heat the stove top over medium heat.
Melt the butter in a pan.
Crack the eggs into the pan and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the eggs until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes.
While the eggs are cooking, slice the buns in half and toast them lightly on the stove top.
Once the eggs are done, place them on the bottom half of each bun.
Sprinkle cheese on top of the eggs and let it melt slightly.
Add sauce on top of the cheese and cover with the top half of the bun.
Serve immediately.
