Ingredients:

  • 2 Buns

  • 2 Eggs

  • 50g Cheese

  • 1g Salt

  • 1g Pepper

  • 10g Butter

  • 20g Sauce

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Heat the stove top over medium heat.

  • Melt the butter in a pan.

  • Crack the eggs into the pan and season with salt and pepper.

  • Cook the eggs until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes.

  • While the eggs are cooking, slice the buns in half and toast them lightly on the stove top.

  • Once the eggs are done, place them on the bottom half of each bun.

  • Sprinkle cheese on top of the eggs and let it melt slightly.

  • Add sauce on top of the cheese and cover with the top half of the bun.

  • Serve immediately.
