 Pasta salad with ham and vegetables



Ingredients:

  • 200g of pasta

  • 100g of green peas

  • 100g of green beans

  • 50g of pickles

  • 100g of corn

  • 150g of ham

  • 1 tablespoon of sea salt

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon of corn flour

  • 1 egg

  • 100g of Gruyère cheese

  • 100ml of milk

  • 50ml of cream

  • 50g of Cheddar cheese

  • 50g of Mozzarella cheese

  • 50g of butter

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

  • 100g of milk

  • 100g of semolina

  • 200g of basmati rice

  • 2 slices of bread

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave oven

  • Hob

Instructions:

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

  • In a saucepan, cook the peas and green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.

  • In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, peas, green beans, pickles, corn, and diced ham.

  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, mayonnaise, sea salt, and cornflour to make a dressing.

  • Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix well.

  • In a skillet, melt the butter and add the basmati rice, milk, and cream. Cook over low heat until the rice is tender.

  • In another bowl, beat the egg and mix it with the semolina and sugar. Microwave for 5 minutes to make a semolina cake.

  • Serve the pasta salad with creamy rice and semolina cake for dessert.
