Ingredients:
200g cooked shredded chicken
1 avocado, diced
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 lime, juiced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
4 large lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocado, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated with the spices and lime juice.
Lay out the lettuce leaves on a plate.
Spoon the chicken mixture into each lettuce leaf.
Top with shredded cheese and serve immediately.
