Ingredients:

  • 200g cooked shredded chicken

  • 1 avocado, diced

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 1/2 lime, juiced

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

  • 4 large lettuce leaves (for wrapping)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl

  • Spoon

  • Plate

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocado, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated with the spices and lime juice.

  • Lay out the lettuce leaves on a plate.

  • Spoon the chicken mixture into each lettuce leaf.

  • Top with shredded cheese and serve immediately.
