Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 500g)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups spinach (fresh)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
