Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 500g)

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 cups spinach (fresh)

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Skillet

  • Spatula

  • Measuring cups

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.

  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

  • Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.

  • Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
