Ingredients:
1 cup Wheat flour
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
1 Egg
1 cup Water (for batter consistency)

Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of wheat flour, 2 tbsp of cocoa powder, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.
In a separate bowl, beat 1 egg and mix it with 1 cup of water.
Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until you achieve a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan on the stove top over medium heat.
Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat as necessary.
