Sweet Potato Mashed Potatoes



Ingredients:

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes (approximately 500g)
  • 1 tablespoon of butter (approximately 15g)
  • 1/4 cup milk (approximately 60ml)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pressure Cooker
  • Blender
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes.
  • Place the sweet potato cubes in the pressure cooker with enough water to cover them.
  • Pressure cook for about 10 minutes.
  • After the time, release the pressure and drain the water.
  • Place the cooked sweet potatoes in the blender.
  • Add the butter, milk, salt and black pepper.
  • Blend until you obtain a creamy, smooth puree.
