Sweet Potato Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 2 medium sweet potatoes (approximately 500g)
- 1 tablespoon of butter (approximately 15g)
- 1/4 cup milk (approximately 60ml)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Pressure Cooker
- Blender
- Stove Top
Instructions:
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes.
- Place the sweet potato cubes in the pressure cooker with enough water to cover them.
- Pressure cook for about 10 minutes.
- After the time, release the pressure and drain the water.
- Place the cooked sweet potatoes in the blender.
- Add the butter, milk, salt and black pepper.
- Blend until you obtain a creamy, smooth puree.
