4 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions:
Wash the 4 medium potatoes well and cut them into cubes or wedges.
In a bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary.
Mix well so that all the potatoes are seasoned.
Place the seasoned potatoes on a microwave-safe plate.
Microwave for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through.
