Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
50g peanuts
100g besan flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Water as needed

Instructions:
Grind the peanuts into a fine powder using a blender.
In a bowl, mix the besan flour, ground peanuts, salt, and red chili powder.
Add water gradually to the mixture until it reaches a thick batter consistency.
Heat a non-stick pan on the stove top over medium heat.
Dip each slice of bread into the batter, ensuring both sides are coated.
Place the coated bread slices on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove from the pan and serve hot.
