Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread

  • 50g peanuts

  • 100g besan flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  • Water as needed

Instructions:

  • Grind the peanuts into a fine powder using a blender.

  • In a bowl, mix the besan flour, ground peanuts, salt, and red chili powder.

  • Add water gradually to the mixture until it reaches a thick batter consistency.

  • Heat a non-stick pan on the stove top over medium heat.

  • Dip each slice of bread into the batter, ensuring both sides are coated.

  • Place the coated bread slices on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  • Remove from the pan and serve hot.
