 Banana and Almond Protein Smoothie



Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana (120g)

  • 30g of protein powder (whey or vegetable)

  • 30g of almonds

  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

  • Some ice cubes

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixer

  • Glass

  • Teaspoon

  • Kitchen scale

Instructions:

  • In a blender, add the chopped banana.

  • Add the protein powder and almonds.

  • Pour the almond milk into the blender.

  • If desired, add honey and cinnamon.

  • Add a few ice cubes for a cooler texture.

  • Blend everything until smooth and creamy.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.

  • Serve immediately in a large glass.
