Banana and Almond Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 medium banana (120g)
30g of protein powder (whey or vegetable)
30g of almonds
200ml unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Some ice cubes
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Mixer
Glass
Teaspoon
Kitchen scale
Instructions:
In a blender, add the chopped banana.
Add the protein powder and almonds.
Pour the almond milk into the blender.
If desired, add honey and cinnamon.
Add a few ice cubes for a cooler texture.
Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
Serve immediately in a large glass.
