Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of fresh coconut water

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey or sugar (optional, for added sweetness)

  • Juice of one lime (optional for extra tang)

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

  • Coconut slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Split fresh coconuts open to release the coconut water inside.

    • If using store-bought coconut water, make sure it’s chilled.

  2. Mix:

    • In a pitcher, combine the coconut water, coconut milk, honey or sugar (if using), and lime juice (if using). Stir well until the honey or sugar is completely dissolved.

  3. Serve:

    • Fill glasses with ice cubes.

    • Pour the coconut mixture over the ice.
