Lemon Lift is a zesty and refreshing juice that's perfect for a hot day or as a revitalizing drink. Here’s a simple recipe to make it:




Ingredients:

  • Four large lemons

  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

  • Four cups of cold water

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

  • Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Lemons:

    • Scrub the lemons clean with soap and warm water.

    • Roll the lemons on the counter with your hand to make them easier to juice.

    • Cut the lemons in half and squeeze them using a juicer or a reamer. You should have about one cup of lemon juice.

  2. Mix:

    • Mix lemon juice extracted from fresh lemons with honey or sugar. Stir well until the honey or sugar is completely dissolved.

    • Add the cold water and stir to combine.

  3. Serve:

    • Fill glasses with ice cubes.

    • Pour the lemon juice mixture over the ice.

    • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices if desired.

  4. Chill:

    • For an extra refreshing drink, refrigerate the juice for an hour before serving.
