Turkey Wrap with Hummus and Veggies
Ingredients:
100 g of sliced turkey breast
50 g of hummus
1 whole wheat tortilla (60g)
50 g of spinach leaves
50 g of shredded carrots
50g of sliced bell peppers
5g of olive oil (for drizzling)
Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Knife
Cutting Board
Mixing Bowl
Wrap Maker or Grill Pan
Instructions:
Start by laying the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spread the hummus evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Layer the spinach leaves, shredded carrots, and sliced bell peppers on top of the hummus.
Place the sliced turkey breast evenly on top of the vegetables.
Drizzle the olive oil over the turkey and vegetables, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Carefully roll the tortilla from one end to the other. This will enclose all the fillings inside.
Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap it in parchment paper for a to-go meal.
