 Turkey Wrap with Hummus and Veggies



Ingredients:

  • 100 g of sliced turkey breast

  • 50 g of hummus

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla (60g)

  • 50 g of spinach leaves

  • 50 g of shredded carrots

  • 50g of sliced bell peppers

  • 5g of olive oil (for drizzling)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Knife

  • Cutting Board

  • Mixing Bowl

  • Wrap Maker or Grill Pan

Instructions:

  • Start by laying the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.

  • Spread the hummus evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

  • Layer the spinach leaves, shredded carrots, and sliced bell peppers on top of the hummus.

  • Place the sliced turkey breast evenly on top of the vegetables.

  • Drizzle the olive oil over the turkey and vegetables, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Carefully roll the tortilla from one end to the other. This will enclose all the fillings inside.

  • Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap it in parchment paper for a to-go meal.
