 Chocolate Butter Muffins




Ingredients:

  • 200 ml of Milk

  • 250g of flour

  • 1 tsp of Baking Soda

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 100g of Butter

  • 150g of Chocolate

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and then add the milk. Stir until well combined.

  • In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and baking powder together.

  • Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

  • Chop the chocolate into small pieces and fold it into the batter.

  • Divide the batter evenly into muffin tins, filling each about 2/3 full.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
