Haryali Drumstick Chicken
Ingredients:
400 g of chicken drumsticks
100 g of fresh coriander leaves
50g of fresh mint leaves
2 green chilies
1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of yogurt
1 teaspoon of garam masala
1 teaspoon of cumin powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Instructions:
In a grinder, blend the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, yogurt, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt to make a smooth marinade.
Marinate the chicken drumsticks in the prepared mixture for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the marinated chicken drumsticks to the pan and cook for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is fully cooked and browned on all sides.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
