Ingredients:

  • 400 g of chicken drumsticks

  • 100 g of fresh coriander leaves

  • 50g of fresh mint leaves

  • 2 green chilies

  • 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon of garam masala

  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Bowl

  • Grinder

  • Pan

  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • In a grinder, blend the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, yogurt, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt to make a smooth marinade.

  • Marinate the chicken drumsticks in the prepared mixture for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.

  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

  • Add the marinated chicken drumsticks to the pan and cook for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is fully cooked and browned on all sides.

  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
