Eggless Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
150g of all-purpose flour
30g of unsweetened cocoa powder
120g of sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
120ml of almond milk
40ml of vegetable oil
1 tsp of vanilla extract
30g of dark chocolate chips
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Mixing bowl
Whisk
Baking pan
Oven
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
In another bowl, mix the almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones. Mix until smooth.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips gently into the batter.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
