 Eggless Chocolate Cake



Ingredients:

  • 150g of all-purpose flour

  • 30g of unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 120g of sugar

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp of salt

  • 120ml of almond milk

  • 40ml of vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 30g of dark chocolate chips

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl

  • Whisk

  • Baking pan

  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

  • In another bowl, mix the almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones. Mix until smooth.

  • Fold in the dark chocolate chips gently into the batter.

  • Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread it evenly.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.

  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
