Spicy Peanut Flour Pancakes
Ingredients:
100 g of flour
1 tsp of garam masala
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp of ginger, grated
200 ml of milk
50 g of peanuts, crushed
1/2 tsp of salt

Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, garam masala, minced garlic, grated ginger, milk, crushed peanuts, and salt.
Mix the ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick skillet on the stove top over medium heat.
Pour a ladle full of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip.
Cook for another minute until both sides are golden brown.
