 Chicken Parmesan Pasta



Ingredients:

  • 250g of pasta

  • 300g chicken

  • 50g grated parmesan

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 100g cherry tomatoes

  • 1/2 onion

  • 1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Microvawe Oven

  • Food Processor

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to the packet instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Dice the chicken and season with salt, pepper and herbes de Provence.

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the chopped garlic and onion until translucent.

  • Add the diced chicken and cook until golden brown.

  • Add the halved cherry tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.

  • In a baking dish, combine cooked pasta, chicken mixture and grated Parmesan cheese.

  • Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
