Chicken Parmesan Pasta
Ingredients:
250g of pasta
300g chicken
50g grated parmesan
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove of garlic
100g cherry tomatoes
1/2 onion
1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Food Processor
Stove Top
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to the packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
Dice the chicken and season with salt, pepper and herbes de Provence.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the chopped garlic and onion until translucent.
Add the diced chicken and cook until golden brown.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
In a baking dish, combine cooked pasta, chicken mixture and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
