Roast Chicken with Sweet Potatoes and Spinach
Ingredients:
500g chicken
200g sweet potatoes
100g fresh spinach
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Kitchen Tools Needed:

kitchen brush
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into cubes.
In a bowl, toss sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Arrange the sweet potatoes in the roasting pan and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the chicken by brushing it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken on top of the sweet potatoes in the roasting pan and continue to cook for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Halfway through cooking, add the fresh spinach to the chicken in the dish so that it cooks slightly with the heat.
Once the chicken and vegetables are cooked, remove from the oven and let stand for a few minutes before serving.
