 Strawberry Cheesecake



Ingredients:

  • 150g of digestive biscuits

  • 50g of unsalted butter

  • 200g of cream cheese

  • 50g of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 100g of strawberries

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • 50g of whipped cream

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • mixing bowl

  • mixer

  • springform pan

  • spatula

  • refrigerator

Instructions:

  • Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix them with melted butter in a mixing bowl.

  • Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the base.

  • In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  • Fold in the whipped cream and lemon juice gently into the cream cheese mixture.

  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the top with a spatula.

  • Chop the strawberries and arrange them on top of the cheesecake.

  • Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set before serving.
