Strawberry Cheesecake
Ingredients:
150g of digestive biscuits
50g of unsalted butter
200g of cream cheese
50g of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
100g of strawberries
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
50g of whipped cream
Kitchen Tools Needed:

springform pan

refrigerator
Instructions:
Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix them with melted butter in a mixing bowl.
Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the base.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold in the whipped cream and lemon juice gently into the cream cheese mixture.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the top with a spatula.
Chop the strawberries and arrange them on top of the cheesecake.
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set before serving.
