  Chicken and Vegetable Soup



Ingredients:

  • 150g of chicken breast

  • 200g of mixed vegetables (carrots, celery, and bell peppers)

  • 500ml of vegetable broth

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • pot

  • knife

  • cutting board

  • spoon

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.

  • Add the chicken breast to the pot and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

  • Remove the chicken and set aside।

  • In the same pot, add the mixed vegetables and sauté for about 3 minutes.

  • Return the chicken to the pot, then add the vegetable broth, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  • Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.

  • Season with salt and pepper according to taste.

  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
