Chicken and Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
150g of chicken breast
200g of mixed vegetables (carrots, celery, and bell peppers)
500ml of vegetable broth
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add the chicken breast to the pot and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Remove the chicken and set aside।
In the same pot, add the mixed vegetables and sauté for about 3 minutes.
Return the chicken to the pot, then add the vegetable broth, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
