Fruit Custard
Ingredients:
1 cup of mixed fruits (banana, apple, and orange)
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of custard powder
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Bowl
Whisk
Spoon
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the custard powder with a little bit of cold milk to form a smooth paste.
In a separate pot, heat the remaining milk and add sugar and vanilla extract until it starts to boil.
Once boiling, reduce heat and slowly whisk in the custard paste, stirring continuously until it thickens.
Remove from heat and allow the custard to cool to room temperature.
Chop the mixed fruits and layer them in a serving bowl, then pour the cooled custard over the fruits.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
