Fruit Custard



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of mixed fruits (banana, apple, and orange)

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons of custard powder

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Bowl

  • Whisk

  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix the custard powder with a little bit of cold milk to form a smooth paste.

  • In a separate pot, heat the remaining milk and add sugar and vanilla extract until it starts to boil.

  • Once boiling, reduce heat and slowly whisk in the custard paste, stirring continuously until it thickens.

  • Remove from heat and allow the custard to cool to room temperature.

  • Chop the mixed fruits and layer them in a serving bowl, then pour the cooled custard over the fruits.

  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.
