Chocolate Chia Oatmeal




Ingredients:

  • 200g of oats

  • 300ml of milk

  • 50g of chia seeds

  • 100g of dates

  • 30g of dark chocolate

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Stove Top

  • Pressure Cooker

Instructions:

  • In a pressure cooker, combine the oats and milk. Seal the lid and cook on high for 5 minutes, then release the pressure.

  • While the oats are cooking, chop the dates and dark chocolate into small pieces.

  • Once the oats are cooked, open the lid and stir in the chia seeds, chopped dates, and dark chocolate until well combined.

  • Allow the mixture to sit for a few minutes so it thickens slightly and the chia seeds expand.

  • Serve warm and enjoy your delicious Chocolate Chia Oatmeal Delight!
