Mortadela Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients:
100g of queso
100g mortadella
2 slices of bread
50g of harina
50g of salchicha
100ml of milk
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Blender
Air Fryer
Stove Top
How To Make:
Blend the milk, harina, and brown sugar in the blender until smooth to make a batter.
Dip each slice of bread in the batter, coating both sides.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
Place the coated bread slices in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes until crispy.
While the bread is in the air fryer, cook the mortadela and salchicha on the stove top until browned and heated through.
Layer the cooked mortadela and salchicha between the crispy bread slices.
Serve the sandwich warm with cheese on top.
