 Mortadela Breakfast Sandwich



Ingredients:

  • 100g of queso

  • 100g mortadella

  • 2 slices of bread

  • 50g of harina

  • 50g of salchicha

  • 100ml of milk

  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Air Fryer

  • Stove Top

How To Make:

  • Blend the milk, harina, and brown sugar in the blender until smooth to make a batter.

  • Dip each slice of bread in the batter, coating both sides.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).

  • Place the coated bread slices in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes until crispy.

  • While the bread is in the air fryer, cook the mortadela and salchicha on the stove top until browned and heated through.

  • Layer the cooked mortadela and salchicha between the crispy bread slices.

  • Serve the sandwich warm with cheese on top.
