Cheesy Olive and Grapefruit Toast
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
100g of Cheese
4 slices of Bread
50g of Parmesan Cheese
1 Grapefruit
3 tablespoons of Sugar
50g of Olives
1 Lemon
30g of Butter
100g of Condensed Milk
150ml of Milk
50g of Tapioca

How To Make:
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, condensed milk, and milk until well combined.
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe dish and mix it with the tapioca to create a smooth paste.
Spread the butter and tapioca mixture evenly on each slice of bread.
Top each slice with the egg mixture and sprinkle with cheese and grated Parmesan.
Air fry the prepared toast at 180°C for about 8 minutes or until golden and crispy.
While the toast is cooking, segment the grapefruit and toss it with sugar and olive slices in a bowl.
Squeeze lemon juice over the grapefruit and olives for a zesty finish. Serve the toast topped with grapefruit and olive mixture.
