Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs

  • 100g of Cheese

  • 4 slices of Bread

  • 50g of Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 Grapefruit

  • 3 tablespoons of Sugar

  • 50g of Olives

  • 1 Lemon

  • 30g of Butter

  • 100g of Condensed Milk

  • 150ml of Milk

  • 50g of Tapioca

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven

  • Air Fryer

  • Stove Top

How To Make:

  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, condensed milk, and milk until well combined.

  • Melt the butter in a microwave-safe dish and mix it with the tapioca to create a smooth paste.

  • Spread the butter and tapioca mixture evenly on each slice of bread.

  • Top each slice with the egg mixture and sprinkle with cheese and grated Parmesan.

  • Air fry the prepared toast at 180°C for about 8 minutes or until golden and crispy.

  • While the toast is cooking, segment the grapefruit and toss it with sugar and olive slices in a bowl.

  • Squeeze lemon juice over the grapefruit and olives for a zesty finish. Serve the toast topped with grapefruit and olive mixture.
