Vegetarian Fried Rice
Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked rice
1 cup of mixed bell peppers (diced)
1 cup of frozen peas
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 green onions (sliced)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Wok
Spatula
Measuring cups
Instructions:
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add the diced bell peppers and stir-fry for about 1 minute until slightly tender.
Add the frozen peas and stir-fry for another minute.
Add the cooked rice to the wok and stir well to combine with the veggies.
Pour the soy sauce over the rice and toss everything together to ensure the rice is evenly coated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Finish by adding sliced green onions and cook for another minute.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
