 Vegetarian Fried Rice



Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of cooked rice

  • 1 cup of mixed bell peppers (diced)

  • 1 cup of frozen peas

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

  • 2 green onions (sliced)

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok

  • Spatula

  • Measuring cups

Instructions:

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.

  • Add the diced bell peppers and stir-fry for about 1 minute until slightly tender.

  • Add the frozen peas and stir-fry for another minute.

  • Add the cooked rice to the wok and stir well to combine with the veggies.

  • Pour the soy sauce over the rice and toss everything together to ensure the rice is evenly coated.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Finish by adding sliced green onions and cook for another minute.

  • Remove from heat and serve hot.
