 Healthy Banana Bread



Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)

  • 100g of oats

  • 50g of honey

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl

  • Loaf pan

  • Oven

  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

  • Add the oats, honey, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the mashed bananas.

  • Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well incorporated and you have a smooth batter.

  • Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
