Healthy Banana Bread
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
100g of oats
50g of honey
2 eggs
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Mixing bowl
Loaf pan
Oven
Spatula
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
Add the oats, honey, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the mashed bananas.
Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well incorporated and you have a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
