Banana Cookies
Ingredients:
100g of flour
1 egg
50ml of milk
30g of sugar
50g dried banana
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Oven
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix 100g of flour, 30g of sugar and 50g of mashed dried banana.
Add 1 egg and 50ml of milk to the mixture and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
Form small balls with the dough and place them on a baking tray.
Bake for 5 minutes or until golden.
