Ingredients:

  • 100g of flour

  • 1 egg

  • 50ml of milk

  • 30g of sugar

  • 50g dried banana

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • In a bowl, mix 100g of flour, 30g of sugar and 50g of mashed dried banana.

  • Add 1 egg and 50ml of milk to the mixture and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.

  • Form small balls with the dough and place them on a baking tray.

  • Bake for 5 minutes or until golden.
