Chocolate Cake for Valentine's Day
Ingredients:
200g dark chocolate
100g butter
150g de sucre
4 eggs
50g flour
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Icing sugar for decoration
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture turns white.
Add the melted chocolate to the egg and sugar mixture, then stir in the flour and salt.
Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Pour the mixture into individual buttered and floured molds.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are cooked but the center is still runny.
Let cool before unmolding.
Dust with icing sugar before serving.
