 Chocolate Cake for Valentine's Day



Ingredients:

  • 200g dark chocolate

  • 100g butter

  • 150g de sucre

  • 4 eggs

  • 50g flour

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Icing sugar for decoration

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Bowl

  • Whip

  • Individual molds

  • Spatula

  • Four

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).

  • Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave.

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture turns white.

  • Add the melted chocolate to the egg and sugar mixture, then stir in the flour and salt.

  • Add the vanilla extract and mix well.

  • Pour the mixture into individual buttered and floured molds.

  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are cooked but the center is still runny.

  • Let cool before unmolding.

  • Dust with icing sugar before serving.
