Chocolate Lava Cake
Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsalted butter (60g)
1/4 cup dark chocolate (70% cocoa) (40g)
1/4 cup granulated sugar (50g)
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (15g)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Grease a ramekin with butter and dust with flour.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate together until smooth.
Stir in the sugar until well combined.
Add the egg, egg yolk, flour, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared ramekin.
Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
Let it cool for 1 minute, then invert onto a plate and serve immediately.
